Open Question: Cheapest cost of living in Asia (anywhere)?

I know thats a broad question, but am open to ANYWHERE (except Japan) I dont smoke, I dont drink, am happy with public transportation, I can handle living In a box. I lived In mexico city spending under 400USD every month. for a few years.... am looking at South Korea and Thailand...... I plan on arriving, find a job and go from there.... what do you suggest?...
